John Lawrence, President

A 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry, John is president of the Entra companies and Chief Servicing Officer for BSI Financial Services.

Prior to joining BSI Financial, John was a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager for PIMCO, where he managed all aspects of loan trading operations, participated in capital development and was responsible for operations that supported consumer, student and auto loan investments. John was also a managing director for PennyMac, where he developed a post-closing and servicing platform to host 20,000 loans and was responsible for PennyMac’s capacity planning and budgeting. His experience also includes key roles at Wells Fargo, IndyMac Bank and Fremont Investment & Loan.

Brian Sindell, Senior Vice President

A Senior Vice President of BSI Financial Services, Brian manages teams for BSI loan servicing and is responsible for day-to-day operations of Entra Solutions.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, he has held management positions at 3point Asset Management, NRT REOExperts and LandAmerica. He is located in Irvine, CA.

Katie Milnes, Vice President

Katie applies 15 years of experience and a strong commitment to build lasting client relationships in her work as a Senior Trustee Sale Officer. She joins Entra having worked in management for Standard Trust Deed and RSVP companies.

Katie has attained the United Trustee's Association's Level 1 Trustee Sale Officer Certificates for CA and AZ and was awarded the Mortgage Bankers Association's Certificate for Servicing Basics and Bankruptcy Essentials. She also holds an Accounting Certificate and is a licensed Notary Public.

Katie is known to her clients for going "above and beyond," as in a recent case, where Entra stepped in to take over a Nevada foreclosure portfolio from a trustee that went out of business. She quickly reviewed each file and worked with the trustee and the loan servicer to minimize disruption to foreclosure processing
